Cayao is located within Four Seasons Resort Cabo Del Sol in Cabo San Lucas, with oceanfront views and indoor-outdoor seating along the Sea of Cortez.  


Do I need a reservation to dine at Cayao, or are walk-ins accepted? 

Reservations are highly recommended to secure your table, and can be made through OpenTable. Walk-in seating may be available depending on capacity. 


Do I need to be a resort guest to dine at Cayao? 

No, you do not need to be a Four Seasons resort guest to dine at Cayao. The restaurant welcomes all visitors. 


Is Cayao a family-friendly restaurant? 

Yes, Cayao is a family-friendly restaurant that welcomes guests of all ages. A dedicated kids' menu is available, and the restaurant also offers a family-style dinner menu perfect for sharing. High chairs and children’s dining essentials are available upon request, and our team is happy to accommodate special requests to ensure a comfortable experience for both parents and children.

Yes, Cayao features a full bar with a signature cocktail menu that mirrors the restaurant's Japanese-Peruvian focus. Standout drinks include the Japanese Pisco and the Chicha Sour, both crafted with pisco and layered with bold, unexpected flavors. Guests can also enjoy the signature martini cart, featuring a collection of premium spirits that can be customized to your preference. 


Does Cayao offer vegetarian or vegan dining options? 

Yes. Cayao by Chef Richard Sandoval offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes inspired by Japanese and Peruvian flavours. Options include the Veggie Roll, Nikkei Salad, Takuan Tiradito, Tofu Sashimi, Edamames, Veggie Chaufa Rice, Roasted Mushrooms, Green Curry with grilled tofu or vegetables, Sweet Potato Gyoza, Eggplant Anticuchos and our signature Cayao Fried Cauliflower. Our team is also happy to accommodate dietary preferences whenever possible. 


Does Cayao offer private dining?
